1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Grok Train, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Grok Train offers computer help and computer training services, including but not limited to
General Computer knowledge ( including Windows, Word, Excel)
(Edit files, configure printer, networking /wifi , email )
Help with specific issue on personal computer such as Outlook
General Mac knowledge
Word classes
Home Networking for Personal Computers
Databases
Linux / Unix operating systems
Coaching for new Job
Excel classes ( including understanding financial calculations for real estate, auto loan or home mortgage )
These services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Registration and User Accounts
a. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
a. Fees for services are outlined on Grok Train website or communicated through other channels.
b. Payment is due upon registration for a course or service.
c. Refund policies are as follows
Refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 2 hours of time when order was placed.
5. Restocking and Cancellation Fee
If the Client cancels the service for any reason or after parts or software have been ordered or reserved, the Client agrees to pay a restocking fee of $20 to cover administrative and processing costs. In addition, if payment was made via credit or debit card, the Client will be responsible for any non-refundable card processing fees associated with the original payment.
The restocking fee and card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any payment refund, if applicable. The Client acknowledges that these fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation and are intended to cover costs already incurred by the Provider.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Grok Train are the exclusive property of Grok Train
b. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of the content without the express written permission of Grok Train
7. Code of Conduct
a. Users must not engage in any conduct that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
b. Grok Train reserves the right to terminate services for users who violate the Code of Conduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grok Train is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
Grok Train reserves the right to terminate services or user accounts at its discretion.
10. Privacy
a. Grok Train respects user privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Governing Law
